FOOD & WINE: TRENDING FROZEN YOGURT STORES

.
Although the popularity of the frozen yogurt franchise industry suffered a decline in the late 1990’s, the category has been making a colossal comeback in the last decade, with a new generation of flavors, toppings, and store settings leading the charge.
.
I have always preferred Twirly Frozen Yogurt over Ice-cream or frozen yogurt sold in a tub in the grocery store, and as the summer is fast approaching, I love visiting my favourite Yogurt place, YOGURT-LAND. There is one close by my house, just about 20 mins drive and I visit at least once every two weeks. I love Yogurt-land because they have the best flavours. I dont like excessive sugary desserts and they have so many choices of their yogurt which has  no sugar or very lil sugar.  My favourite flavours are the taro, matcha green tea, pistachio and gingerbread. You can view all of Yogurt-land flavours here. I love Yogurt-land because their yogurts contain calcium, vitamins, pro-biotics and live and active cultures. They are also non-fat and gluten free.
.
Their toppings are the best and they keep updating their flavours all the time but the most popular always remain.  I also like they way they display the nutritional contents of all their yogurts. The shop is always extra clean and always smells good, and of-course i love their beautiful colourful plastic spoons you can choose from to enjoy your frozen yogurt (i can say i have at least several colours in my utensil drawer, - they are so cute its hard to throw them away after you use them).
.
I have visited other yogurt places (eg Menchies, Pinkberry etc) but Yogurtland will forever remain my #1. The following are some of the yogurt places across the country.
