DECOR: APARTMENT IN LISBON PORTUGAL

.
This apartment which sits near the river Tagus in Lisbon- Portugal comes with so much style, light and freshness.
.
Situated on the top floor of a building built in the early 1970s, the property was foreclosed in small environments. The solution was to open some walls in the social area and eliminate all ports except those of the rooms, ensuring communication between the spaces, especially in the social area
.
The architects opted for neutral shades of paint, with a predominance of gray, which came to life with the profusion of works of contemporary art. The furniture on the other hand, searches for references in the past, a remarkable collection of antiques from the 17th and 18th century.  The balance between new art and period furniture adds to the soft colored furnishings, both in classrooms and dormitories.

A lil Lisbon History:
.
Lisbon is the capital of Portugal in Southern Europe and the 9th popoulous city in the European Union. Lisbon is one of the oldest city in the world, after London, Paris and Rome and the 7th most visited city in Southern Europe after Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Madrid, Athens, Milan. Lisbon enjoys a Mediterranean climate. Among all the metropolises in Europe, it has the warmest winters, with average temperatures 15 °C (59 °F) during the day and 8 °C (46 °F) at night from December to February. The typical summer's season lasts about six months, from May to October, although also in November, March and April temperatures sometimes reach around20 °C (68.0 °F). I just love Portugal (short distance from London)
